Cannot Open A support Ticket on Tor2door

Hello

I made a $170 dollar order .... I didnt credit my account but purchased the weed and sent the funds directly instead.

Now for some strange reason the order got canceled even though the vendor didnt do it and my funds are seemingly gone.

Its so fustrating because when I go to send a support ticket I get (Page Expired 419)

I have tried to send a support ticket over 50 times and get the same error ..... I tried on my phone and pc.

Does anyone have any idea how to get in contact with admin of you cannot send support tickets?

Please anyone have that problem?

You bypassed the escrow system and sent the money straight to the vendor?

It's still in the systems escrow bro.

The order says escrow in a green block with a tick.

There's 2 ways to pay ..... credit your account and pay or like tormarket you send the money to an escrow adress directly from your wallet.

I chosenthenlater and sent the funds to the escrow adress specifically made for the order.

But for some reason the order got canceled  within the 1 hiur time frame and the money is nowhere to be seen.

Normally it would be a problem but support tickets literally dont work

Hmm well that's just weird. I've managed to get in contact with t2d admins within half an hour of opening a ticket, did you set your support ticket to urgent?

The MAIN problem is i CANNOT send a support ticket.....

I write my situation and click send and EVERYTIME i get an (Error 419) message.

Its like the actual support tickets dont send .... I tried to send one over 50 times

Okay so I tried to order some weed and sent a direct btc deposit. So I didn't credit my account I sent 0.00336837 btc  to address bc1qhv2xym2jdzurpjq3jlkvmum6mvqwtkkzdujdld

Now for some reason the order got canceled and I can't get my money back ?

What do I do to get it credited on my account?

Probably should have thought to ask this in the first place, but you didn't just send the money straight from an exchange to the market did you? You bought the coin, had it put in a wallet, then placed the order with that wallet right?

No I use a Nano Ledger Hardware wallet bro! So no not from an exchange.

I was finally able to send a ticket 1 hour ago and the guy is asking me for transaction id and some other info ...So they seem like they are on the case.

Same dude named Enigma.

Thanks for the ticket..... I literally was blocked from sending tickets all morning. Now it seems to work for whatever reason.

Are you still selling powder Bromazolam btw? ..... I see it was in your shop but you disabled it.

Hope they sort it, they are *****ing useless with refunds and disputes and you literally need to raise a ticket each time you want them to read a dispute message. Won't be using them again.

How'd it turn out with Enigma brother? They just ignored my support ticket the *****s.

They asked for transaction ID .... I sent it then the ignore me for 20 hours..... So opened a new support ticket with the transaction ID. I'll keep an eye out for the caps bro.

Yip ..... I got a reply asking for transaction I.D and then ignored for 20 hours so like you mentioned I opened another support ticket just now with the transaction id.

Please check your secret passphrase when you log in ..... The copy site doesn't have it.

You should also turn on turn on 2 factor authentication so it requires you to decrypt your PGP to log in. That makes it very difficult for them to get into your account. Usually they turn it once they hijack your account so you cant get back in.

dnm.watch - I use nothing else for verified links. 

I've seen people post links on here recently and innocent or not - never use a link someone posts. 

Even FJ has links in his sig which is a no no because if his account was compromised for whatever reason then that's another method for someone to post up a fake link.  Hell we don't know each other for shit and he may one day want to run a dodgy site himself.
